CYGNUS 815 High throughput LAN Extender extends Ethernet LANs on a single 0.5 mm diameter telephone pair. It supports more than 10 Mbps speed on 0.5 mm dia copper pair. Such high bandwidth is useful in applications such as high volume file transfers, high speed internet access etc.
