CYGNUS 1021 Terminal Server allows RS232 devices to connect to a core TCP/IP network via a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. It supports standard protocols such as TELNET, RLOGIN for connection establishment, allows multiple connections to be established simultaneously, and supports Answer Back protection. For Railway ticketing applications CYGNUS 1021 has several features which make it ideal for connecting Dumb Terminals, chart printers, Touch Screens, RAPID Controllers etc., to PRS/UTS Servers.
