R&D
The R&D Department at Cygnus designs, develops and provides long term product support for all CYGNUS products. Cygnus R&D staff have the satisfaction of seeing their design efforts lead to commercial products.
Opportunities are available at both senior and junior levels for engineers with the following profiles: |

Hardware design engineers
Experienced graduate and post-graduate Electronics Engineers who have first hand experience in the design of microprocessor based embedded digital systems and telecom products.
Software design engineers
Experienced Computer Science/Electronics graduates and post-graduates having hands-on experience of system software design, communication protocols, embedded systems firmware, standards-based design. |

Marketing
The Marketing Department at Cygnus is responsible for marketing and sales of all Cygnus products. It interacts with end-users and OEM buyers of Cygnus products and is responsible for meeting sales targets. The marketing department also serves to pass valuable market feedback to the R&D Department. |

At Hyderabad
Opportunities are available at various levels in the marketing department. Applicants should be Electronics Engineers or Electronics graduates, and must have prior experience of technical marketing. They should be willing to travel extensively. Good communication skills are a must. They must be proficient in using word processing and other office packages to carry out their day-to-day tasks. |

At other cities
Resident Engineers are required in Indian cities. Applicants should be graduate engineers, have prior marketing and technical support experience, and be mobile. They must be proficient in using word processing and other office packages to carry out their day-to-day tasks. |

Tech Support
The Tech Support Department at Cygnus provides all technical services required to sell and maintain Cygnus products, and to train customers.
Opportunities are available at various levels in the Tech Support Department. Applicants should be graduate engineers and should be willing to travel. They must be proficient in using word processing and other office packages to carry out their day-to-day tasks. Experience in supporting data communication and networking equipment is desirable. |

Production
The Production Department at Cygnus manufactures all CYGNUS products.
