- G.SHDSL baseband modem operating on 2-wire
copper circuits.
- Operates at selectable data rates between 64 kbps
and 2048 kbps. Can drive to a distance of 10.5 km at
64 kbps and to 6 km at 2048 kbps on 24 AWG (0.5
mm dia) unloaded copper conductor under error-free
conditions.
- DTE ordering time options include ITU-T E1, V.35,
64 kbps co-directional G.703 and 10/100 Mbps
ethernet bridge.
- E1 interface complies with ITU-T recommendations
G.703 & G.704, with option of balanced (120 ohms)
or unbalanced interface (75 ohms).
- Ethernet interface provides 10/100 Base-T interfaces
and a built-in 2 port ethernet switch.
- Flexible clocking options.
- Loopback and test pattern generation facilities for
quick fault isolation.
- Front panel indicators for displaying unit status.
- Basic model configured using DIP switches.
- Option for built in software based supervisory
function for configuration and monitoring. Following
ordering time options available for accessing the
supervisory function:
- Serial RS232 console port
- LCD-keypad and RS232 console port
- Ordering time option of resettable buzzer for alerting
against line failure.
- Ordering time option of AC (85 to 265 V), DC (-36 to -76 V), or both
power supply inputs.
